About Josh Cadis
Owner of JTX Builders for the last 10 years, Josh Cadis, has always had a passion for building homes. At the young age of 17, he learned how to read a blueprint and the rest was, as they say, is “history.”
Self-described as a “people person,” Josh enjoys meeting others and is curious about their individual stories. A family man himself, he understands and appreciates why a home is much more than a building: it’s a place to raise a family, create memories, and build a life. While Josh loves building homes, he also loves getting to know the people buying them, which is why he takes the time to get to know every one of his clients and their families.
He and his wife, Vanella, along with their young son, Luke, live in Magnolia. Familiar with the local and surrounding communities he serves in West and Northwest Houston (Fulshear, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Magnolia), Josh is an excellent resource for families looking to build in the area.
