Yes, we have current spec model homes as well as previous custom homes we can show.

Yes, all of our homes come with a 1-year warranty on workmanship, a 2-year mechanical warranty, and a 10-year structural and foundation warranty. Rest assured, we build our homes to the highest of standards and we stand behind the work.

For custom projects from groundbreaking to completion, typically 6 months. However, this varies depending on the weather as well as the home size. Spec model homes are almost always completed in 6 months.

We walk our jobs daily or every other day to ensure the project is proceeding according to plan and on schedule. Regular and timely updates are provided to each client as their home project is in progress.

You can bring your own plans or pick from one of ours. We can also help you design your home from scratch with our architect, who will guide you step-by-step through the process.
